Graystone satisfaction guarantee ensures your complete satisfaction with your diamond and jewelry purchases or your new custom ring. A complete outline of the guarantee can be provided to you at your request, ask a sales associate for details. Please keep your original receipt as it will be needed to process any exchange or refund.

Graystone guarantees the lowest price. If within 30 days you find a diamond of equal quality and finish for a better price from another store, bring it into Graystone with your receipt and we will either refund the difference or buy back our diamond. Either way, we'll give you $50 for your trouble!

Graystone trade-up guarantees the amount you pay for our diamonds will increase by 3% per year when used in trade toward a regularly priced diamond of a larger size and/or better quality. Cost of mounting excluded, diamond must be in its original condition. No minimum price increase is required. Ask for a copy of our refund/purchase agreement.

Graystone appraisals guarantee your diamond purchase to be within one grade of any GIA or AGS certification for clarity or color or you will receive a full refund for the diamond.

Graystone guarantees to clean and check your jewelry and tighten loose stones for no charge. For safety and for beauty, have Graystone clean your jewelry every three to six months.

Graystone wants to guarantee your purchase is fully insured. Although it is implied in many jewelry store "guarantees", no store replaces diamonds lost or damaged due to accident or abuse. Bent prongs, missed cleanings or everyday wear voids their coverage, read the fine print. Your detailed appraisal from Graystone Jewelers will carry a realistic replacement value and be signed by at least two GIA Graduate Gemologist. Contact your insurance agent or Jewelers Mutual for coverage against loss due to theft or accident. Appraisal updates will be done at your request for no charge.
